My name is Audrie Webber, and I just started on the path of my real estate career! Home is something that is so incredibly important. It goes beyond shaker cabinets, crown molding, bonus rooms, and grand entrances. Most important is that “home” means something different to everyone. I know that the home buying experience has the potential to be hair-pullingly frustrating, but it can also be fun, imaginative, and a source of happiness. I want to be a facilitator of latter. I was in the Army from 2011 to 2017 where I had a job in military intelligence. The Army instilled me with a sense of pride, work ethic, and trained me to be extremely analytic. So, when things seem like they are going to be crazy in the market, I know how to keep my cool and hold the fort. The military didn’t leave much time for family though. I transitioned back to civilian life so I could spend more time with my son, Jason. I situated with my family in New Mexico. They own a chicken farm, and I worked in the office as a sales associate. I learned about communication and building business relationships outside of the military. The desert was too small after I had seen so much of the world though. I wanted Jason to see and experience more than my small hometown had to offer. After a year we moved out to Washington where I had lived before joining the Army. After moving, settling Jason into a new home, and getting into the groove of attending college online, I decided that I needed something more. Shortly after, I obtained my broker’s license. Real estate was recommended to me by chance, but the more research I did, the more I loved the idea of working in a career that allowed me to be constantly growing and helping others. There is always something to learn in the ever-changing market, which is my bread and butter. I’m an expert at next chapters and life changes, I’ve gone through several of them myself, and I look forward to aiding buyers in their hunt for their next home.
